You can exercise all you want but if you go to fast food drivethrus all the time or eat the morning donuts you probably wont have much success. Lets talk about the fat first. You can do the low carb diets that actually say you should eat fatty foods and cut out the carbs and this does help you loose weight fast. The problem with these types of diets are that once you go off the diet and start eating normal again the weight starts coming back two fold, been there done that. Then there are the only carb diets which actually are pretty good for your heart. You find that your body starts missing the protein that it used to get from meat and you start getting tired. The next diet you can try is being a vegetarian which is a very good diet and you will loose weight but you must replace your protein and make sure you get enough vitamins and don’t short your self any nutrients. You know the best way to diet really is to watch your calories and fat intake. If you eat smaller portions at more times through out the day would be the best for you allowing your body to burn each and every meal you eat rather then storing it for later or turning it to fat. It is hard to keep track of all this but once you start doing it you will find it gets easier and easier. Lets face it losing weight and keeping it off is a life changing job that you have to work at and you will see great results if you add our next subject we will talk about. <br/><br/>Exercise &#8211; This is the hardest to keep faithful to. It is the hardest to start and the hardest to do when you just don’t want to do it. When you first start exercising you will be sore in the days following but you need to work through it and pretty soon it will not hurt anymore. First start a walking program 1 to 2 miles a day or 20 to 30 minutes a day. Do what you can handle maybe it is more than that. Then get yourself some 1 to 5 pound dumbbells and start doing regular exercise routines which we won’t go in to detail now but you can look up any routine on the internet and pick one that you think will work for you. You can loose weight with out exercising but that doesn’t mean that you are living healthy. Exercising helps your muscles be loose and tone. Sweating helps get rid of the toxins in your body that could cause cancers. Exercising also helps your heart, the most important muscle in your body, exercising helps keep your blood vessels open and clear. As you get older, if you do not exercise in some way your body starts to deteriorate faster. You can’t stop the aging but you will feel better and will be able to do the things you like. To keep up with both dieting and exercising you have to take control of the one thing that will make you quit both if you don’t master this next topic. <br/><br/>Your will &#8211; If you can control this you will be successful. Your will is what tells you that you don’t feel like doing this today or this candy bar won’t hurt me today. Then before you know it your week is filled with not exercising and as many candy bars and fast food as you can eat. To take control of your will you have to find ways to keep you focused like posting positive notes around your house or work. There is many different ways to keep your will focused. Once you train your mind to get rid of all the negativity that stops you from exercising and dieting the easier you find it is to change to a healthier lifestyle. Try posting pictures of you when you started your program that you choose. Then start posting pictures of yourself after you have been on your program for a month or two. When a person has asthma, his or her airways get inflamed as a result of exposure to any range of asthma triggers. The airways, tubes proximate to your lungs that carry air to and from the lungs, constrict, limiting the amount of air that travels through the airway, swells, and becomes lined with excessive amounts of mucus. Some of the common symptoms that accompany asthma include a feeling of tightness in the chest cavity, wheezing, coughing, and shortness of breath. </p>
<p>When the symptoms of asthma are extreme, the situation is usually referred to as an asthma attack or an episode of asthma. Usually, these symptoms are managed with a combination of drugs (usually bronchodilators which are drugs that help open the airway) and a change in environment.</p>
<p>Asthma is one of the more popular conditions that affect people and has been increasing in prevalence over the years. To date, one in four urban children are affected with asthma, and an approximate 20.5 million Americans have asthma.</p>
<p>The condition was identified by Greeks with the term, aazein, which meant “sharp breath”. While the word aazein first appeared in Homer’s Iliad, it was only used to describe the said medical condition around 450 BC by Hippocrates. Hippocrates noted, during this time, that the spasms relating to asthma were common among tailors and metalworkers. Galen, six centuries later, studied asthma in great detail and observed that the symptoms of asthma included bronchial obstruction. It was later on studied by the influential medieval philosopher, rabbi, and physician Moses Maimonides in 1190 AD, who wrote a treatise on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of asthma. The connection between asthma and organic dust was made in the 17th century by Bernardino Ramazzini. It was only in the year 1901 that bronchodilators became widely used, and not until the 1960s that physicians recognized the need for anti-inflammatory medication in order to deal with a previously unrecognized inflammatory aspect of asthma symptoms.</p>
<p>Based on the symptoms displayed by those suffering from asthma, there are four basic levels of asthma severity. The first level is called mild intermittent, which means that the person suffering from asthma has asthma attacks twice a week or less, has regular lung function, is bothered by symptoms at night at least twice a month, and experience no other symptoms. This is a sort of asthma that more or less “comes and goes” and causes no particular discomfort to a person affected by it. </p>
<p>The second level is called a mild persistent asthma. Mild persistent asthma causes asthma attacks more than twice a week but no more than once per day. A person with mild persistent asthma is bothered by asthma at night at least twice per month, and do experience the other symptoms of asthma sufficiently to affect his or her activities.</p>
<p>Moderate persistent asthma means that asthma symptoms manifest themselves everyday, causing discomfort from nighttime symptoms more than once a week. Asthma attacks themselves pose effects to most activities.</p>
<p>Severe persistent asthma, the highest of these four levels, means that asthma symptoms manifest themselves throughout the day on most days, with nighttime symptoms causing inconvenience often. With severe persistent asthma, limits to physical activities exist.</p>

The inflammation makes the airways very sensitive, and they tend to react strongly to things that you are allergic to or find irritating. People with asthma have very sensitive airways that narrow in response to certain &#8220;triggers&#8221;, leading to difficulty in breathing. Asthma attacks are not all the same—some are worse than others. In a severe asthma attack, the airways can close so much that not enough oxygen gets to vital organs. This condition is a medical emergency. People can die from severe asthma attacks. Approximately 20.5 million Americans currently have asthma. Many people with asthma have an individual or family history of allergies, such as hay fever (allergic rhinitis) or eczema. Asthma symptoms can also be triggered by respiratory infections, exercise, cold air, tobacco smoke and other pollutants, stress, food, or drug allergies. Aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications provoke asthma in some patients.</p>
<p>Most people with asthma have wheezing attacks separated by symptom-free periods. Asthma is more common in boys than in girls. But after puberty asthma is more common in females. Asthma is an allergic disease that affects the bronchi or air passages. When the allergic reaction takes place, the bronchi constrict and get clogged with mucous, making breathing very difficult. Asthma affects the airways, the small tubes that carry air in and out of your lungs. If you have asthma, your airways are sensitive and easily become swollen. A total of 47 patients had high levels of exhaled nitric oxide. Of those patients, 41 started using inhaled corticosteroids, and 36 noted improvement in their cough. Asthma may be very mild, or it can be very severe. An asthma attack can become very serious. Asthma is one of the leading causes of children missing school. Asthma coughs, on the other hand, are most often dry coughs caused by bronchial spasms. Asthma can be controlled by taking medicine and avoiding the triggers that can cause an attack. </p>
<p>Asthma is treated with two kinds of medicines: quick-relief medicines to stop asthma symptoms and long-term control medicines to prevent symptoms.
